LOS ANGELEZ is a lively instrumental composition by Mark Leggett written to celebrate the cultural diversity of the city of Los Angeles. With instrumentation comprised of Mexican charango and ronrocco, slide guitars, a live string quartet and world percussion, LOS ANGELEZ is a cross-cultural musical celebration.
Mark Leggett is an Emmy nominated composer recently in the top 10 on Folk Alliance International folk music charts, as well as receiving wonderful reviews in Acoustic Guitar Magazine and Fingerstyle Journal as well as interviews in Paste, Fretboard Journal, and more.
Mark has composed extensively for Dolly Parton and her film series on Netflix and NBC. Levon Helm recorded Mark's theme music for the PBS documentary "Great Drives". Guitarist/songwriter legend Richard Thompson and Mark have collaborated on a number of film projects.
Other collaborations include composing for Werner Herzog, Kylie Minogue, the hit NBC show "My Name Is Earl" and hundreds of film and tv projects.
