I never got my confirmation email with my password in it. What's that all about?
These emails sometimes get flagged as spam and may have been redirected to your spam folder. If not, drop us a line and we'll look into it but more often than not it's just awash in a sea of spam, waiting to be rescued.
I can't log in to my account, what do I do?
There are a few reasons you may not be able to log into your account,
1. Has your account been approved? If you haven't received a welcome email yet, be patient, it'll be arriving soon.
2. If your account password isn't working, try the original default password you were given upon first joining.
3. It's still not working? Send an email to dave@sanfordco.com and we''ll fix you right up.
Where is the printable CD trayart and cover?
We're working on this but if you'd like specific art for everything let us know!
It says the zip file I downloaded is password protected! What is the password?
None of the files you download are password protected but sometimes systems (especially if you're using Mac OS X to unzip the file) get confused. Here's what you should try:
1. Try dropping the file into another unpacking utility like Stuffit Expander.
2. Download the file again. It's possible that the zip became corrupt during download and needs to be redownloaded.
3. If none of those work, hit us up, we'll take care of you.
I've logged in once, but when I navigate away from the page to another tab or try to download something, it says I'm not logged in. Is there a problem with my account?
If this occurs, please log in again when directed and try to go to the page you wanted or download you wanted. If you still can't get access, let us know and we can help with your account.
